The shaft that comes out of the case that the shift lever broke off at the case how hard is it to replace?

Just received notification of the recall of some Caponord 1200's and the Shiver models because of the possibility of the wrong sized output shaft from the gearbox being used. Free check at your dealer and free repair if required - hoping this doesn't turn into a parts saga!

Found this crack this morning. Anyone seen this happen before?

Front sprocket shaft bearing collapsed whilst out riding today. Horrible grinding noise. Has anyone changed one? It looks like i'll have to rip the engine out and strip it down to do it. Any one out there whose done this ? Please help !!!

This is on a 2000 rsvr I pulled my front sprocket cover to count teeth.the front is 16 and the rear is 43. My question is; is this stock and if not then what is. Also with the front sprocket off and the bike in gear if I turn the output shaft counter clockwise and mark it at the 12 0'clock spot...

Hi everyone, I purchased a second hand rsv 02 a couple of months ago. The gear changes are quite rough specially the first three gears. I've changed the clutch slave and bleed the system with a little bit of improvement but still doesnt feel right. I've checked the clutch itself and looks ok...

so using a steel bolt seemed to stop the drilling of the clutch shaft in the Master Cylinder however I just started having clutch problems again and it turned to be the shaft is getting shorter now!!! I extended the end of the shaft with a 50 mm custom made screw to fit and lubed it well...
