seized

Hey folks, wondering if anyone could answer as to whether the replacement of the 2007 engine would be compatible with a 2005 version of the rsvr? I may have inadvertently seized my engine. Cheers for any advice.

my bike has siezed on the front piston, is it possible to remove number 1 cylinder with engine still in frame , It does not look like it , the rear yes I would say .
