Considering a Scottoiler for the beast.. Does anyone have any experience, wisdom or knowledge they'd like to share.. :cool:

Evening All Just tidied the garage and found a scottoiler system in a box that I had forgotten I had! It's the vacuum type and I took it off a Tuono that I bought last year. No box or fitting instructions but there must be a guide to fitting on t'interweb somewhere. £25 delivered...

Chaps, I dont do enough mileage to justify having the Scottoiler on that was fitted by the previous owner. I always clean my chain manually so dont really need it. The chain guard will be supplied with this as it has been amended to accomodate the dripping tube thing bit with a descrete little...

ON THE DIRECTIONS IT SAYS USE AFTER A WET RUN NOT SURE WHAT THEY MEAN DO THEY MEAN SPRAYING WITH OUT WASHING THE BIKE:dunno

Hi Folks, I am going to fit a Scottoiler to my RSV1000R. Have any of you done this before? It doesn't look to be rocket science but I have to pick up a vacuum pipe for the Scottoiler to operate correctly. Hi guys, Got a scottoiler for the T (cheers Moggi!!) and wondered if anyone has a "how to" fitment procedure (pics would be ace!!) I'm confident enough if there are directions to follow!!!! Thanks guys..............:thumbup

Anyone fitted and used the new V system on there Tuono's?? Do they work well on the T? I have had one in the past on my R1 and Fazer and wanted to know what the main difference is over the old mk7 systems? Apart from the price which seems to have climbed another tenner! Cheers in advance...

My bike had a scottoiler on it when I bought it. I want to take it off as I think it just looks crap and also creates alot of gunge etc. However, it's connected to the throttle bodies, is it just a case of pulling it off? and if s what replaces it as its going over some sort of outlet pipe from...
