Im looking at a 2002 capo. Its been stored and only has 1500 miles. Its had a new ecu a injectors, still runs bad. It idles iradically. Seems to lack power and has a miss. Any ideas what could be wrong? Tach isnt working either. Owner wants 2500 for it.
