rocker

Hi there , today I noticed a small oil leak , I think its from the gasket on the rear rocker cover , I undid the 6 Allen keys but I was not able to remove it , it seemed to jam up on the cam gear side , does the rear head have the Balance gears in it ? , I didn't want to force it but I'm sure...

So my 03 Mille developed a weep from the front rocker cover first and then the back so I deceived to get them both replaced. The mechanic that changed them is well know here in Dublin for tuning and has some experience of racing an RS 125 So potentially a good guy. Anyway the back one...

The paint has started to flake off on the front cylinder rocker cover. What would be best respray or powder coating? Im guessing this has happened to others. The bikes a gen 2 (magnesium covers). Cheers Rich

hi does anyone know what torque figure to use for the bolts on the rocker covers? or where i can get a workshop manual that will tell me this and others?! thanks
