    Help needed to fit chain connecting pin correctly...

    Does anyone know what the correct width across the chain connecting link is on a DID 525 chain???? I don't want to pinch it too much and make the link stiff. I am using a chain riviting tool. I have been told the width across the link should be 17.4mm when press fitting, before riviting it...

    as anyone near winsford in cheshire got a chain riviter i can borrow lend hire ill even comw for it dont fancy the 2 hammer way
