When my bike is cold it has a tendancy to cut out when I am down changing gears i.e coming up to a set of traffic lights down changing from 2nd to 1st. When running nice and warm there isn't an issue, bike runs sweet, it just when it is cold. Any ideas?

I have noticed a little annoyance when changing up gears, the revs dont drop when I roll off the throttle :pirate Its only a problem at lowish speeds as I clutchless upshift at higher speeds.
