repair?

My rsv 06 factory brembo front discs are loose- the outer section moves when i apply force to them using my hand. I guess this isn't normal and they are coming to an end?- only done 7k of road use. The diameter of them are fine so can these be repaired or is it replace? Im doing track riding...
