We finally received notification of the recall here in Canada. I assume there will be an official notice mailed to us.

Hi, anyone else had the letter yet? I had one from Piaggio yesterday. Luckily, I have already changed the cheapo standard one for a fancy ISR master cylinder.

I found out today, there is an outstanding Recall on my Tuono V4. It is something to do with a water pipe and they want to sort it out ASAP. Make sure you call your nearest dealer, ask them to run your chassis number through their computer to check if there are any outstanding recalls.

Just received notification of the recall of some Caponord 1200's and the Shiver models because of the possibility of the wrong sized output shaft from the gearbox being used. Free check at your dealer and free repair if required - hoping this doesn't turn into a parts saga!

Not sure exactly when it's happening. Piaggio, the parent company of Aprilia and Moto Guzzi, is recalling 2005-2007 Aprilia Tuono 1000 R and RSV 1000 motorcycles equipped with Bitron SPA fuel pumps/filters. The fuel hose that connects the fuel filter to the mounting flange may come loose...

Okay, so most people got their recall letter and probably got a dealer to 'sort-out' the rear brake......Now the Aprilia letter states something like the problem is down to incorrect user servicing....so how come after a mere 5 weeks of having it correctly serviced by an official Aprilia...

i have heard about a recall on swinging arm, can anyone clarify what this is and is there a way i can tell if its been done on a rsv that i go view private?
