Bike is an Aprilia RSV Mille R 2000/1 with the axial mount front calipers using Ohlins forks...
I understand front compression adjustment is in one fork, whilst rebound adjustment is in the other....which side is which please ? My handbook is less than helpful for the "R" ! :confused...
Taking my 08 Factory apart for a full winter check as the bike is new to me.
now on Ohlins forks and found the brass pin from the rebound adjuster is missing.. anyone have a spare
or any dealers/breakers out there with a smashed set of ohlins forks, this little part would be fine stuck...

Can anyone tell me how many turns from fully in to fully out there are on your comp and rebound adjusters on Showa forks???
I seem to have on 4 complete turns??? Does the preload setting affect this???#

After putting new oil in and setting the air gap Exactly the same on each fork, i noticed on one fork when wound in fully that the dots are slightly different to the other fork....as in...one dot lines up with the outer rebound dot and on the other fork it dont .....this is before un screwing to...

Can anyone tell me how to take some rebound of the (yellow) Sachs shock on my '03 Tuono?? There is a knurled "nut" at the bottom of the shock but which way should i turn to take some off?? When bouncing the rear it is WAY to slow to come back up!!!
