quantity

Hi All, Over the winter I want to go through the bike changing and refreshing fluids as I've no idea the last time they were done. Oil and coolant is easy to find info on, But what weight and quantity of fork oil have people had the best results with? Your input will be much appriciated. Jeff

I give up - I cant find the actual amount of coolant the gen 1 engine requires! ( rsvr 01 ) Can someone tell me or point me the right direction ...The owners manual and engine service manuals are a negative...!:eek: Grtzz.....
