2004 RSV Factory, when out riding today on several occasions when going down through the gears approaching junctions I had the engine cut out on me, what could be my issue?

SP1/2.....are the better bikes or no, has anyone had one....dont get me wrong, I like the Mille but had allways REALLY like the SP's.....are they much the same or night and day....I dont like the TL's.....just thought I'd ask :)

I traded my 1998 Duc 748 for the 2000.5 RSV Mille R yesterday. The Ape makes great power, but my temperature was running between 112 and 117 degrees celsius (232 to 243 fahrenheit) on the way home. Ambient temp was about 13 degrees celsius (55 fahrenheit). Are these temps normal for the Ape?
