People Any tips on how to polish/cut out scratches on the swinging arm of my 2002 RSV-R?

Finished work this morning and in stead of going to bed I wanted to make the most of the weather. No paddock stand still so had to come up with a cunning plan! yes axle stands work a treat :thumbup really worked that polish today. right im off to bed:biggrin sorry got carried away...

Well its been awhile since I posted a clean picture of my bike. as the weathers been good today thought I would break out the polish :) heres the results :thumbup

Bit of a sad question, but what do you polish your bikes with, Ive got the matt black finish and am a bit unsure whats best. I know its not the most technical questions but your help is appriciated!

having owned the bike now for coming up 3 weeks, I thought I would clean it. managed to get a couple of pics. can't wait to get the brakes sorted and change the sprockets and ride it :) The pics not that good, couldnt find the good camera. Click on the pic to make bigger:thumbup
