Hi all I am trying to push the rear brake pistons back but I am struggling to get them both back when one goes back the other pops back out. One of the plastic inner parts has also broke with my efforts will this be a problem long term. Both pistons move but I can't get them both out far enough...
I've been getting well into my winter service, stripping the Brembo's found a lump of corrosion on the side of a piston, in the layer of Teflon. Looks to be bang on the position of the oil seal.. so thats that.. new pistons needed.
This is a well looked after 08 RSV Factory, with fairly clean...

Refitting Ohlins shock after PDQ rebuild prior to track day on Saturday and I thought I'd replace the rear pads as they were looking a little tired. Only one piston was moving but both pads were welded to the pads...no I didn't change them last time, done...
