pad or carbon

Hi all, A bit of advice if i may... i need to replace the above on my RSV-R Mille and realising this is a plastic tank i wanted to know the best way of doing it? If it were metal then i'd just peel them off and then use a bit of white spirit to get rid of the glue :dunno but i'm assuming this...
