normal?

Excuse my ignorance, is it normal to find a small amount of oil in the airbox?

Heya. Sounds like my 03 has developed a knock, not very loud but clearly visible over the exhaust sound when its idling. And it only comes when its very hot (+90c on the temps) Sounds like its coming from the front cylinder, possibly top end. If i put my ear on the crash bung its VERY loud...

so i just realized this...not sure if this is normal, opinions? when i first turn on the bike and put the key in and turn it on, the RPM needle goes up to 6k, pauses then goes back down....when i start it, let it warm it up a bit, i rev it up, itll go past 6k still but the red light thingy...

Since i've owned my bike when i turn on hi beam the bottom low beam light goes out so i just have the top two. I had assumed that one of the filaments in that bulb had gone. Anyway the bulb finally gave up completely a couple of days ago, and after chaging it today I'm still only getting the...

On my 04 factory , when i turn the ignition off there is a rapid clicking like a relay that lasts for about 4 seconds coming from the airbox / throttle body area. Is this normal?
