mods/upgrades?

Right guys i have been reading a lot of posts on here about battery's, sprag clutch, Jet 40 and solenoids etc,etc. As you have probably seen by my pics i put up i have a 2005 rsvr and wanted to know if these mods/upgrades apply to all years? If so are there any pics and 'how to's' to do all of...
