...took my bike up to Frodsham to have my suspension properly twiddled (3 years after buying it...and at the 3rd attempt) by the guru's
back end was more or less spot on....front too much sag...needed a wee bit more preload...
had a slight dabble with the comp/rebound dampening on the front...
