Just like the title says. My 40 jet is ordered, and I'm just wondering if I should change it with the engine hot, cold, or doesn't matter. I'm guessing cold, but just to be on the safe side.... Thx

Hi, I am pretty new to rsv ownership and this site is the dogs for help and advice. I have a 98 model mille with ohlins and chip loud pipe etc, does the jet mod work with an old rsv? Cheers

Well guys decided to change my clutch jet today after getting a new one from Aprilia, all went well until I tried to remove it , on closer inspection some one had been there before me and some how had chewed the slot up on the jet , so where do i go from here any advice how to get it out ...

Hi, I've got a 2004 RSVR and am doing the recommended conversion from the jet 60 to the jet 40 screw. I've got the part but cannot for the life of me see where it is on the bike. I've looked at the exploded parts diagrams but cannot see where it goes. Can anybody offer any advice/pictures...

I was wondering where I can get the jet so I can get into Neutral better.

Just got round to replacing the gearbox jet (cheers dr rossi) and I am having trouble removing the original. Can undo it to the point that its turning loose but cant extract it from the hole. Does anyone have a trick to removing it? Any help would be much appreciated

Hi all, need a little pointer if possible. I am replacing my clutch oil jet which I believe is 75 and replaceing wth a 40. Looking at the parts catalogue its not really clear on positioning. Has anybody replaced the jet and has a photo or a better exploaded view of its positioning.:dunno Cheers

just ordered a cluch oil jet 40 this helps getting nutral a lot easyer ..it sayes to take the bolt out just above the oil filter is it the one that is resesed in .thanks.
