internals!!

Alright guys, I've got a pair of R&G's barends for the Mille (cheers vsenna!) But after inspection, it seems that the previous owner has (badly!) bodged up the aftermarket "carbon" (ha!) bar ends on!!! Basically I need the complete internals for both hadlebars!! The parts i need are listed...
