Why cant i get a pic to upload for my avatar from my computer? it uploads on the edit screen then says its failed when i save it?

okay I ****** up the upper fron spark plug and patched it with a car plug. Apprerantly the car plug was not a metal cable it was something like carbon. not metal. does the cable need to touch the coil and the plug because I have been getting EFI errors lately and my GF doesn't appreciate her ***...
