I remove my fuel tank because painting.. Now I want to put it back on bike BUT.. Which goes where? If I got it right.. I need to reconnect: electric connector for fuel pump, metal fuel line, breathers (there are 4 nipples , which to connect and where?) number 3 seems blocked..is that fine...

hi guys have any yous put on samco hoses am haveing trouble replaceing coolent any ideas i have tryed filling up at filler cap dosent seam to take a lot after a while it drains away and tryed turning engine over without spark plug caps leads off to see if that would help but not :banghead

To try and rid my 2008 Bol D'or of its many leaks, I've bought new silicon hoses. The dealer has agreed to fit them for nothing when it goes in for its MOT in a few weeks. My dilemma is, should I keep riding with the (small but noticeable) leaks? Or is it easy enough to do a coolant change/hose...

just come out the garage, ive noticed on my gen 2 that the lower short rubber coolant hose on the right hand side has cut marks. they have been caused by the sharp edges of the belly pan. either cut back the plastic pan leaving a decent gap or wrap the hose with a jubalee clip to protect...

So whilst the ***** weather is coming in well.. continuing .. I plan on next month stripping down my brakes giving them a good clean, lube pistons etc put new pads on, discs and levers. Is there a recommended life for brake/clutch lines as i was considering replacing these too ?

Planning to fit a set of Gilles variobars to a 2003 RSV Mille R (radial brake caliper model) and require longer brake lines. I have noticed the standard braided clutch line and front brake lines are of the same material and have the same text printed on the outer to identify diameter etc...
