I have a Gianelli oval silencer, connecting pipe and band clamp for sale. It doesn't have the dB killer but has an E mark and isn't too loud anyway. Like new condition. Unfortuanately I'm not sure if it's stainless or titanium. The Gianelli website suggest they only come in aluminium or titanium...
