Do the fork tubes come out of the calliper/ axle carriers at the bottom where the front mud guard is bolted?

got the forks back from rechroming and put them on with no hassle. I've done 2 days commuting, 60 miles and the fork seals are leaking again. I've spoken to the chromers and they've said they'll pick them up and have a look because they're under a year guarantee. So i've got to take my bike...

my right hand fork seal has gone again. I don't wheelie or abuse the bike. The previous owner had it done in march this year. I had it done by southern cross in june this year and now it's leaking like a good un. Is it worth carrying on or can i source a fork fairly easily?

Hello, i need to take out one of the fork legs to renew a clip on, can anyone tell me the torque settings for the fork clamp (is it called the triple clamp or something like that) anyway any relevant torque settings for the job in question would be a great help....:thumbup

New tyres fitted yesterday, fitted the front, all ok untill i torqued the pinch bolts got to the last one on the left hand fork leg - then heard a 'CRACK' looked down an the bottom of the fork leg had cracked right across:eek: Been on the phone to KAIS, apparently this is common?:O on the radial...
