fire?

Hi there I took my 2004 Tuono to an Aprilia Dealer because it tends to back fire when throttling off, expecially when you throttle off at low speed then throttle back on again to start to speed up. Is this normal for a Tuono? They did not solve what i think maybe a problem but they did...
