I just picked up a really clean 2000 Mille. I was trying to get it dialed in for some trackdays and I'm getting a ton of dive under braking. Spring preload and compression isn't helping much. I'll guess the fork oil has never been checked and the level is probably low. I weigh about 210 - am...
