defected

Has anyone had or known of a oil cooler on their Tuono's defecting and expanding and split come away from its moulding. Its just that on my "55"plate Tuono have had to replace 2 right hand side oil coolers within a period of 6 weeks after they had split and dropped all its oil over my garage...
