corroding

hmmm..... my forks are corroding, not the inner shaft but the outer casing, so bad infact the black it chipping off and the ali under is flaking, didnt notice as the person I bought the bike off covered it with stick on carbon effect crap, wierd thing is my bikes only done 16k.....been told by...
