clutch problems!!

Hi all, I've read most of the posts but cannot find one that describes exactly the problem on my bike. So to start is a 04 Mille first shape, and the problem I'm experiencing is as follow, it is very difficult, if not impossible, to change up from first to second gear using the clutch, it keeps...

Rsvf 04, unable to backfill oil in to resevioir, can only do clutch (line) clutch really stiff and dosnt like to go into gears, un-able to back fill! Stripped clutch leaver down and ok, but just can't understand why won't drain or re-fill from resiovoir? Ta
