chaing or camshaft

Hello, can anybody please explain to me why are there two part numbers 857097 (driving or timing chain)and 897444 (camshaft chain)listed as the number 5 on the rear/front cylinder timing system ? same with numbers 6 and most ridiculous is 9 which states QTY 0. need to order parts for cam chain...
