Does anyone know where I could get the little cap that goes where the on/off switch for the lights used to be as mine is missing.

Lads, started to lift my petrol tank backwards to allow access to my throttle cables, a bit of petrol leaked through the cap, so I had to stop, I don't want to drain the tank , I can remember an American guy on YouTube fitting an "O" ring on the inside of the cap which sealed the tank...

Any one got a fuel cap complete 10cm in diameter

Hi guys I'm in need of a fuel cap and the black plastic spacer and gasget for a steel tank if change my plastic tank with a steel one and the fuel caps are different in size the one I need is 10cm in diameter any body got one for sale ???

1 of my bolts that hold the fuel cap on is stuck in the tank. It turns but the threaded part that holds it in to the plastic tank is also turning to. Any ideas on how to get it out.

Hi people. Nice long ride from Glasgow to ilchester to st Ives, then return. Awesome weather, awful roadworks. Curiously petrol has been coming out of the cap when I gun it, noticeable after filling. What do you think, is it possible to over-fill to this extent? I've never noticed before...

Hi all, I've just lifted my tank (plastic 06 RSVR) and petrol started leaking from the filler cap surround. Any ideas? It is definitely fuel and not water, so I'm thinking it is bad seal around filler rim/cap. Could it be breather/drain hose related? Thanks in advance.

Got to love italian bikes! Filled the bike up tonight before a brisk ride, did the obligatory mono after which i looked down and noticed fuel on top of my tank! Is there any easy fix or do i need to get a new filler cap? It seems to be coming from the front of the filler cap.

Hi all Has anyone else experienced leaking fuel cap? Whenever I 're-fuel I seem to stink of petrol it soaks into the stretch material around my nuts not nice and leaves streaks on the tank. Just a seal I'm hoping although a race style one would look pretty trick.

Hi Guy's again... I've noticed that on my 04 T, that when i wash it or i leave it out in the rain when I'm stopped off somewhere, that water get's into the filler cap and sits on the outer rubber rim around the fuel hole. And it get's into the fuel tank, and also the water get's somewhere...

Fuel cap is leaking on my 07 rsv 1000 r, I did not overfill, and the cap fits into place very well. Wheres the best place to find part number for O ring,cap and gasket?

Long shot - but does anyone know off hand? My caps are knackered from some previous abuse. I've got some nice shiny new ones to fit but need to know the size of the nut to split the cap assembly.
