can???

Alright guys, has anyone out there got or had one?? Basically, i want to knoe if the link pipe detaches from the can?? Mine seems stuck but don't know if it just needs a bit of "force" to get it off or whether it's one complete unit???? Also, what is best to use to try clean up the strap marks...
