calibrate

Hi All, Spent this morning fitting the T15 sprocket to the bike - makes it much nicer. I also noted that the chain in any case was too slack so took thatr out as well. problem is, the bike wont now complete a calibration, and so now Im stuck with no TC and a warning light. Any ideas...
