botton/kill

Sometimes have trouble starting the mille, (2003 old shape) i have checked the battery (12.7V) and the dash says 11.9ish) i keep the bike on a oxford solar charger/optimizer. When it does not work i press the button and i can hear a noise (bit like when u turn the key but not the same sound)...
