Could anyone tell me the correct torque setting for the front wheel spindle clamps at the base of my Ohlin's forks (Tuono Factory 2006) Leslie

Hi guys Ive been knocked off bike and one of the stops on the bottom yoke has broken off, the top of the front fork now goes all the way into the tank. Can anyone please tell me if the stop on the yoke can be replaced or do you have to fit a complete bottom yoke? Many thanks Les

Hi, having sheared a bolt and bodged its removal I find myself in need of a lower yoke for the Ohlins on my falco, It was previously fitted with gen 1 RSVR yokes so that's what I need to replace it with. Thanks.

Noticed something that struck me as odd when changing the rear wheel at the weekend. Looking at the bottom suspension link, the one you can most clearly see when you change the wheel, the bit where the bearing sits didn't look right. Instead of looking like this; I-I It look a bit like this...

looking for a good rsv bottom end - i want to build up my bigbore motor over the summer and then swap my current motor. minimizes downtime and then leaves me with a complete, good gen1 rsvr motor for me to use in another dastardly plan :) would be interested in a complete motor if cheap enough...

Noticed my front left fork bottom was cracked due to the previous numpty overtightening the clamp bolts. Just cost me over £300 quid to get the fork bottom changed and new seals and oil in both by Kais Suspension, Atherton. 12 Nm's is the correct torque.

as above peeps - if you have a genII showa bottom yoke and want to upgrade to ohlins then I have the bottom yoke for ya

just changed the top and bottom bearings in my yr 2000 rsvr ohlins shock. had to get the bearings from ohlins as i couldnt find any reference numbers for them but would be much cheaper from a bearing supplier so here is the ref if anyone needs it. (SKF) BLRB 366748 AA

Was sitting thinking about radial calipers and how to get them onto a Tuono... I thought Hmmmmm Superduke... they're 54mm at top and 60mm bottom. What's the Tuoldo ? The easy answer is of course, Ohlins... but DAMN they're not cheap.
