bobbins??

Howzit peeps, hope all is having a good weekend out on there T`s. I have just got some R&G crash bobbins, the front ones. What i dnt know is if there is a torque setting for it when i tighten it up? Aswell as anay advice on fitting them what i should look out for? Thanks and see u on the...
