Hey Guys Is there a guide for balancing the throttle bodies on a Gen 2 Tuono anywhere? with pics would be helpful (or video even better lol) :biggrin

Hi All, I an new to the forum and new to Aprilia. I have just replaced the balance shaft gears on my 2001 RSV. Problem is that once back together it only seems to be running on the front cylinder. It is getting fuel, and sparking. I think that when i lined up the balance shaft gears the engine...

How do I do this myself? What equipment is needed? Thanks Mike

Thought I'd check the throttle bodies and found the front cylinder reading higher but what i want to know is , Do I HAVE to use a gas analyzer as well or not . Other than that its quite an easy task to do .

does anyone know how hard it is to balance the carbs ?? mine is running a bit lumpy 1999 rsv mille

just got my wheel back from the tyre fitters with its new supercorsa on, fitted it on bike, adjusted/cleaned chain etc etc etc. Started her up and put her in 2nd gear to check all was ok, thats when i noticed a "wobble" in the tyre. Took it out for a spin,put it back on the stand and all was ok...

OK I have read that the CO setting takes precedence over vacuum when setting up the throttle bodies. Got that bit. (3.5% I have read) Now that I want to do that I realised I need some way of attaching a CO meter to the front and rear header take off ports. Don't suppose any of you kind chaps...
