bag or luggage

Anyone have the Kriega US-20 Drypack bag on their bike? Looking for luggage with unobtrusive attaching straps and easy on and off bag. I looked at Kriega and saw that there was some strapping for the sub frame but I've heard there were some bags that just had strapping under the seat only...
