02 RSV Mille R........Stuck in neutral........engine won't start.....power comes on.....hitting starter makes clicking sound under the seat .....shift lever wont budge.....did an onboard diagnostic and it first came up with "11" and checked camshaft sensor.....few minutes later I rechecked it...

So hopefully tomorrow I will be swapping my 2000 zx6r for an 03 mille, as far as I'm aware it has has an uprated clutch, new reg rec, ecu flash,chipped and dyno tune,gearing lowered to 16 on the front. Is there anything you guys recommend I look out for or change. All advice appreciated. Thanks.
