    Bike won't rev past 9000rpm

    I've owned my 2000 rsv r for about 6 months. I thought it was running fine until my brother bought one. His bike revs to about 10500rpm but mine wont rev past 9000rpm. I have changed the plugs, air filter and checked the valve clearances. I've also changed the eprom chip back to standard but...
