3000rpm?

Hi chaps, Done a search and couldn`t find any answers so wondered if anyone can help? `05 RSV-R and bog standard engine, pipes, map, air filter wise. Not been out for a couple of months but kept charged and started every other week for a good warm up (10 minutes or so) It`s kept on a paddock...
