Hi all, I have a 2003 tuono and have just ordered a15 tooth front sprocket after reading some of the posts on the forum. Is the bolt a standard anticlockwise to open or reverse thread. I'm asking this as someone who's had similar issues in the past, :bawling

Ive got a 14 abs and even though aprilia said they shortened the gearing , i still think it was a bit long ... well after reading a couple of you had done it , i chucked on a 15 tooth front sprocket earlier , didnt bother with going 2 up on the back like i did with my Gen II .... wot can i say...

I am going to change my gearing on my '07 Tuono to 15t front and 42t rear, where's the best place to buy them and how does this effect the chain, does it give you a standard adjustment ? Thanks, Nick

Gents, after my rsv sitting in my back garden for a massive 15 months not being started once, im getting her back on the road. im concerned about my tyres they were new before this 15 month break do I need new ones?:dunno glad I got the bug back

Anyone ever put a 15 / 44 combo on a Tuoldo. If so would it be too flighty. Theres a 42 tooth on the rear at the mo but not sure whats on the front. Someone said standard is 17 on a Tuoldo and people drop it down to a 16. I don't find the front end too flighty at the mo but I'm not sure whats...

Is it just me or does this gearing seem to short for a gen II T most of the time ? 16 - 42 lovely jubbly on the mille ? :cheers

i have just got the 15 tooth front sprocket i was advised to get by you guys here on T. i am now wondering how much top end speed i will lose, and will this bring on a quicker gear change? if so how drastic will it be. got to wait till the weekend to find out for myself

Go and fit a 15 tooth front sprocket and say thanks doc I should have done that ages ago, it makes a world of difference.

looked everywhere here in victoria BC for 15 -50 oil... found 20- 50 and 15- 40.... thinking about putting 10- 40 semi..... what kind of gas do most people use... i put in 91 octane..
