Has any body here had a zard slipon, if so are they made to a high standed, what kind of note comes out as ive not heard one before. Thinkin of puttin 1 on the V4T. Cheers
 
Never heard of them mate,i had Mivv gp,s on my 07 rsvr and they sounded and looked great,so ive gone down the same route and got a Mivv Suono,again great sounds and looks.id put a photo on here but dont know how to. I paid just under £350 delivered.

lookin at pictures it looks like theres no link pipe ( all 1 pice) i think it looks well on the V4 street thing the french made. £550 at speedycom but iv seen them for £480. It looks about the same lenght as the orig 1 which i like, not to long.
 
tThats the 1. a just would like to see or hear 1 but that is unlikely, a dont want to splash that sort of money if its poor quality.
 
had a wee trawl for clips but seems jist ones fitted on the Dorsoduro so nae quite the same thing...

.....nice deep rummble tho so ah wid reckon would sound the biz on a V4. It wid be different as weel which ah like.

Ah note tho there disnae appeaer tae be much difference in the performance curve tae the standard can, smoother mibbe, apart frae a couple mair GGs at the very tap end if yer screamin it.....
 
aye, not botherd about gettin more BHP as the bike has plenty, a just would like a deeper note of her, kinder like the leo vince.
 
I've been looking at the Zard. It's a much better size for the TV4 than the Akra and arrow etc.

Quite like the Graves Motorsports Slip-on too.

Have won a akra on ebay, when it comes me and a mate are gana cut some length off it. Theres a How to thread on AF1 which were gana follow.
Fingers crossed we dont botch it.

pia-1...no matter now but i had a zard on my 1050 speed triple....it was very good quality....sounded bloody superb...i had it on from 5000---to 50,000 when i sold it last saturday...still cleaned up like new and innerds were intact lol
 
Lopped 3 to 4 inches of the akra and it looks alot better, sound a bit loader but not to much ,.well worth it as long as it goes to plan.
 
cheers TM. Depending on how much u have to pay for the can (there often on ebay) i think its as good as any cost wise.
