Gents, especially Smiffy and Hooked...no laughing..

How many miles will i get out the bike once the petrol light comes on...:dunno

reason being my ignition key has snapped in the lock ( which i havent fixed )and i've left the spare key at home :eek:

yes i know i'm stupid..ha ha second time this week i've left the f**king key at home:rant
 
Silly boy:), I do belive its about 40miles of course it will depend how you ride, I will add that i've done just over 25miles on a couple of occastions.:)

i should just about be alright 15 miles home and already done 6 miles with the light on...but the bike seems to be running on 1 cylinder at low revs ...oh dear:dowhat

lol...not like a little bike to push...bloody heavy ..lol if you see a yellow mille dumped..its mine:confused
 
Dont know if you are home yet but you can always undo the allen bolts around the fuel cap and be able to fill it and then bolt back up

How can you post up this and not expect to get ribbed. What a class act twice in 1 week :jack , Any how Ive got a deal for you. Ive got a spare key ring :nana

Any how on a lighter note your be on a push bike soon and wont need to worry about fuel after the R6 :eek:

mick..i was looking at the allen bolt idea....

made it home ok

Smiffy ..both keys on the same keyring till i fix the ignition switch

the little reference to the R6 above relates to my riding to work tuesday morning ...got buzzed by an r6 and the horns grew and maybe went a little faster than i should of...:biggrin..but as i didnt know where any cameras are i may have some tickets winging there way to me :eek:

yesterday morning i had to ride ionto work again and imposed a 5k rev limit on myself and promised to ride within law(ish)
