Wtf my clutch casing mover when i pull in my clutch ???????? Need help

HI GUYS im stumped here for sure ,got my new slave today fitted it bled it but sumin aint right when i pull the clutch in theres no pressure from the lever i know its bled up ok but to my horror when i looked at my clutch casing on the right hand side the inner part was moving in and out ? have any of you guys came across this before im stumped dont think it should be doing that lol ......

could be one mille for spares on fleebay lol


PLEASE HELP !!!!
 
Doesn'y sound to hot m8 , have you tried tightining the right hand side im only guessing m8 but it doesn't sound healthy what is it with these bikes eh, well looks like your in the same club as me watchin the braw weather and not able to go oot in it,,,,,,,,...
 
only seems to be the inner casing bryan all bolts are good on the main part , been out playing on my mates zx10 r all day lol god soaked to the skin came home like a soggy sponge lol . will get the tools out tomorow mate and see whats what mate i hope it aint to costly gulp!!!
 
Hope so m8,my saga is still ongoing took it through to saltire suzuki but not much help the bikes at ma pals who is an auto spark hes taking it to bits and checking every connection on the bike to see if its electrical in nature fingers crossed eh

lol i keep forgetting how good a engineer i am.. ive been building gearboxes for too long .i guess im just lazy and cant be arsed its getting started thats my problem once im on it im ok must be my age lol i keep thinking ive never done it before so better get someone
else to do it ,if they can do it then i can do a better job myself :thumbup:

its just cause all i wanna do is ride the bike :) but its gonna change i guess its ok sitting in the garage now and then

found the problem guys , my clutch pressure plate bearing had gave up so the push rod was pushing the outer disc on the clutch casing ,the center part of the bearing had gone further out than it should have :)
 
yes mate new bearing , make sure you get all the 11 balls inside the from the bearing
clean all the clutch plates :thumbup
