Would this fit an 07?

Nope, ya need the 2004+ rsv one, they do pop up quite often so keep looking (and that's an 06 model on ya avatar, slight differences to the 07):thumbup

check the front brake caliper - 4 pads each it's a 06 manufactured bike, 2 pads each it's an 07.

Is there much difference?

Engine, brakes and colour schemes.
Later (07)R model has cheaper front calipers - but TBH I can't tell the difference between them, the Factory still uses the 4 pad ones. The down side is the 4 pad sets cost twice what the 2 pad sets cost.
Engine was revised slightly going from 133 to 139 bhp (crank) but again it's all at the top end and doesn't really show on the road.

the little chequer strip on your front mudguard does look like it's an 06, prob not registered until 07.
