Got a rsv 03 32k on clock, runs great, standard chip, but k&n filter arrows shotgun fitted.
Smells like over fuelling, changed plugs look right colour, went to tuners in leeds,
Said best thing is a power commander/ map and rolling road set up,but not had chance to ask anyone that's had it done.
Thinking if getting that done is a hooked air box goin to help and quick shifter, I know it will be knocking on in the pounds department, but not un happy with bike and not enough in copper jar for a late factory/ rsv4. Just yet,

Cheers for any advice if anyone's had it done or set up,

Sounds to me that you are on the wrong ignition mapping to suit the Arrow's can. I presume you have a Gen 1 Mille, if so, I believe there is a wire that you need to cut. Check out this thread about it.

Afternoon, thanks for quick reply, forgot to mention ecu wires been cut before I got bike,
And did have a big flat spot when changed to shot gun,
Have notice that top can is sending hot air out bit bottom is cold.
Haven't heard of anyone with this prob on forums,

In that case, it sounds like it could be an ignition problem. Are you sure it's firing on both cylinders?

Yeah defo both mate, all 4 plugs were small colour when I changed them,
And pulls like a train.
Havnt changed headers but shotgun slots onto pipe then splits into. 2,
Flat spots gone tho now,

Are both the shotguns open, or is one of them blocked off? Can't see why one would be hot and the other cold.

That did cross me mind mate to be fair, just need to get can off and check, but all adding up that way isn't it,
Just didn't want to spend 400 + hooked airbox, if any anyone had issue b4,

I've never heard anything but good things about fitting an open airbox kit. Not tried it myself, but the difference is supposed to be significant.

Cheers for Info about forza mate , will give them a bell tomorrow and see what they say,
Had TB 's done when I has spragg clutch done about 5k ago part of deal to set up after it was fixed, but worth looking into and checking again,,
Been quoted for power commander/ set up and map £400 all in, but might start with chip before anything else and see how things go,

Ok how's this £45 chip,airbox anything from DIY £5 up to £130,collector£120 ( which I can supply)

Seems like a deal to me woo hoo

As for the airbox I fitted one to an otherwise standard Mille other than a race can and you certainly notice the difference

Sorry for delay mate, been manic at work so havnt had chance to ring ed about chip,
Cheers for pic of collector, what the chip like? And what you say for pipe?
