Hi all. Just changed the oil jet that feeds the clutch to the .40mm and its made a huge difference to selecting neutral. The problem that hasn`t gone away is that it take a lot of pressure to change down the gears when on the move. Up the box is fine. Any idea`s would be appreciated.
cheers

Have you bled the clutch recently?

If not you may have air in the system causing it to drag slightly.

Alternatively, your small grub screw may have fell out of the clutch push rod at the lever and your not getting full stroke on the lever.

If you do all this and it's still difficult to change down then you need to take a look at your clutch plates.

Cheers for that bud. Clutch was bled not long ago. I have altered the grub screw at the lever so will have a look at that. If all else fails i will have a look at the plates.
Thanks for the reply
