My 02 Mille R, 1st ride in anger cut short today by fork oil on the tyre, seen that an it gimme the fear!! Getting new seals next week. Also on checking the engine oil it was way below min taking about 1/2 a liter to bring it between min and max But other than that its fine.

Note the RPG7 style exhausts....... Already found the thred on cuttin em down :nana

Believe it or not its "dirty" as in hasn't been washed, the wheels are boggin!! It is very clean I hope i've picked a goodun no one will see it if its parked in the garage!!

When I checked the oil it was turned off having been run for 20 mins, I put the oil in with it held level. Will check the oil again holding at 4k revs.

Funny you mentioned the seals, the Ohlins specialist in N Ireland reckons the Suzuki seals is a pile of balls :dunno. Now on reading here its obviously not but he's a very well respected bloke who looks after 90% of racers here. He says they will fit but are dearer and Ohlins have now uprated their seals which has done away with the weakness.

The Ohlins dude will do Ohlins seals etc with forks in bike for £170 a Suzuki garage here with an Aprilia mechanic will do the GSXR seals fitted with forks in bike for £100, but he's never heard of putting GSXR seals in but agrees they will fit.
