Well thats it, the bike is now off the road & the bodywork is now going to work for some loving care & attention. Still trying to decide what signage to put on it but the mcwilliams 250gp becks livery is fave at the moment. Painting it black but not sure wether to do the belly pan red or keep it silver? what's fastest??

In no hurry to get it done tho as ther are a few things to do on the bike aswell plus ally pally coming up:pirate

mate mine has been in bits 2 months, prepping them panels is hard work and takes forever, good luck
 
know the feeling
think mines been 3 or 4 now
couple of little bits then just wheels & panels to spray
 
yeah finishing panels tonight so they get primed, then flatted, then fitted, marked up, taken off painted, refitted,final paint, taken off , laquered, fitted, finished
wheels to be painted in the mean time.
then all your bits to fit cheese, plus mpl, inforad, starter solenoid, jet40, battery, cush drive rubbers,
want to be back on road MARCH 1st .

Like i said good luck RSVMille, just keep attacking it otherwise it can drag into a long project

thanks all, unlike most tho i have the advantage of working in A, an accident repair center:pirate & B, being a sprayer in a previous life.:pirate:pirate addmitedly tho, we have a couple decent painters here so one of them is going the paint them for me once I have prepped the in my lunch hours:devious. The cost.............the paint I use & a drink for the painter:thumbup (oh, plus the decals)
 
Personally ol mate, i'd keep the silver on the bellypan..black n silver looks fcukn A1..red may be a little lairy. IMHO
 
well, the panels have been painted & most of the decals are done, few more bits to do then just need to re-laquer them :thumbup

The electric mods have been done, the chain & sprokets done. Front tyre just needs sorting, where are people getting thier tyres from??
